4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• We accept approved online payment methods, bank transfers, and other modes listed at checkout.
• Order confirmation will be sent after payment is successfully processed.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your order becomes final only after:

2. We verify payment.
3. You receive a confirmation email/message.

We may cancel or decline an order due to:

• Payment issues
• Incorrect product/price information
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Unavailability of materials

6. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom orders include:

• Fingerprint pendants
• Name necklaces
• Special gemstone requests
• Made-to-order jewelry

For such products:

• Full payment must be made in advance.
• Orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once production begins.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship island wide and internationally through trusted courier partners.

Delivery Timeframes:

• Ready-made items: 2–7 working days
• Personalized/custom orders: 7–21 working days
• International orders: 10–30 working days (depending on destination)

Delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for such delays.

Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or failed delivery.

8. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

• Wrong item received
• Damaged item received
• Manufacturing defect

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item, with clear photos/videos as proof.

8.2 Not Eligible

• Custom/personalized jewelry
• Engraved items
• Discounted or promotional items
• Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or accidents
• Minor variations in color, size, or natural gemstone patterns

8.3 Return Process

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Courier charges for returns must be borne by the customer unless the error is on our side.

We reserve the right to inspect and approve returns before issuing replacements.

9. Warranties & Care

We guarantee the authenticity of all our gemstones and metals.

Warranty does not cover:

• Scratches, dents, or damage from wear
• Loss of stones due to impact
• Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or water

Customers are advised to follow the jewelry care instructions provided.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including photos, designs, videos, text, logos, and graphics—is the exclusive property of RUU Ceylon Gem & Jewelry.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

RUU Ceylon Gem & Jewelry is not responsible for:

• Courier delays or lost packages handled by third-party couriers
• Damages caused by misuse of products
• Losses arising from incorrect customer information

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
