  • Ready-made / in-stock items: 1–3 working days
  • Custom / personalized items (fingerprint pendants, engravings, name jewelry, custom gemstone settings): 7–21 working days, depending on design complexity
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation message once your order is shipped.

 

  1. Delivery Timeframes
2.1 Sri Lanka Deliveries

We ship island wide using trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery:

  • Kandy & Suburbs: 1-3 Wokring Days
  • Colombo & suburbs: 2–5 working days
  • Other districts: 2–5 working days

Remote areas may experience slight delays depending on courier coverage.

 

2.2 International Deliveries

We ship worldwide through international courier and postal services.

 

Estimated delivery:

  • Asia: 7–15 working days
  • Middle East: 10–20 working days
  • Europe & UK: 10–25 working days
  • USA, Canada & Australia: 12–30 working days

Delivery may vary due to customs processing, local regulations, and international shipping conditions.
